LKH Hypnosis ​Group Weight Loss Program will help you feel at home in your body. In the ​LKH Group Weight Loss Program we look beyond the symptoms. We dig deep to find the root cause of weight gain, helping you find how and why the unhealthy relationship with food developed, and how you can stop using food to numb stress, boredom, anxiety or depression. Whatever the underlying reason for your weight gain is, we will address and nurture it in the ​small group ​ ​Hypnosis Weight Loss Program. ​

In a group setting, you’ll discover the path others have traveled, and you’ll learn from them just as they’ll learn from you. Through authentic sharing, you’ll discover you’re not alone. After only a few sessions, you’ll learn how to differentiate hunger from impulse/behavioral eating, and start on the path toward your life’s transformation. I recommend group therapy to all my clients because hearing from others about their experiences lets you know you’re not alone. Many  make lifelong friends in these group sessions. These personal connections are a powerful tool in your weight loss efforts and in enriching your life.

​What to Expect

LKH is offering a Spring special; Small group weight loss classes at a fraction of the cost of individual sessions.  We will meet weekly for an enjoyable, creative, fun, 2 hours, using Hypnosis and Neurolinquistic programming in a supportive, confidential small group environment.  Research has shown that having a group of people all working together for a common goal is very powerful and motivating.  Let’s do it.  Space is limited so don’t wait too long or you might miss this fabulous offer.
The classes begin April 6th and meet every Saturday until  29th  from 9:00-11:00 am

The classes begin Oct. 13th and meet every Sat. until May. 25th  from 9:00-11:00 a.m.  
8 group sessions
Saturdays from 9-11 am
Small Group of up to 6 
1st session is 1:1 where we map out your customized program

Individual Session cost $175/$150 which is a bargain!
 The next-8 sessions are small group

Each program includes a 1:1 session at the cost of $150.00.   We will identify your goals and set the stage for success in the group sessions. At that time we will also design an individualized program to meet your goals.  To register choose a payment option below or contact me at 503-289-3614 and I'll register you directly.

Payment Options:
Pay in full at first session for a $105.00 discount which is;   $150. for the first session (1:1) and  $50. each group session.  Or

Pay as you go  $175. for the first session (1:1) and $60. for each group session.

1 on 1 plus 8 Group Sessions  $550

Option 2 : Pay  as you go

1 on 1 plus 8 Group Sessions $655

Once you sign up you are committed to the program until it is over.   There may be a way to make up missed sessions.
